How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of people in the photo and the options chosen.

We invite you to visit our Shop page to choose your options and get an idea of the price of your illustration.
Which countries do you deliver to?
You can order a digital format from anywhere in the world, as long as you can pay using one of the authorised payment methods on our website.
For printed formats, we deliver to the following countries : France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland.
Is the quality of the photo important?
Absolutely, the resolution of the photo is important. The illustrator needs to be able to zoom in on certain details without the image looking too pixelated, especially if you choose the eyes and nose option.
To ensure that the image you upload is of the best possible quality, remember to send the original file (the largest file). Note that file quality is automatically reduced when sending through instant messaging applications or if you take a screen capture.
What do I do if I want to include something special in my illustration?
If you would like to add a particular element (for example text in a specific place on the illustration), please contact us using the contact form.
You’ll need to explain what you want and be specific about the element to be added: the exact place to put it, the approximate size; if it’s text: the font, color, etc.
You can also let us know in the “special remarks” section, just before adding the product to your basket!
Is it possible to combine several photos to create a single portrait?
Exactly! If you don’t have a photo of everyone, you can send us several photos (one of each person, for example).
We’ll assemble these photos so that we have one illustration with everyone in it! (all the family, all the friends…)
That said, you need to be careful about the perspective of the photos. Don’t hesitate to send us the photos you have in mind by mail. We’ll let you know if we can make an illustration from a combination of them.
Is it possible to produce an illustration without a supporting photo (by explaining the detailed project in writing)?
Unfortunately, no, that’s not possible. We need a support photo so that the illustrators can draw over it.
However, it is possible to send us several photos so that we can assemble them on the illustration.
Is it possible to remove one or more of the details in the photo?
Of course, all you have to do is specify which one(s) in “special remarks”, before adding the product to your basket!
Can I receive a draft of the illustration before I pay for it?
It is not possible to have a draft of your illustration before payment of your order because our illustrations are made by hand. So if we show you the result, it means that the work has already been done and that it has taken some time.
However, on the page for each product, you will see a simulation based on the options you choose. With an example illustration, so that you can see for yourself.
That said, when we send you your digital version (sending your illustration by email). If there’s a problem, don’t hesitate to contact us because we can make changes (colors, shapes, etc.).
Is it possible to have my illustration delivered to someone else?
You can have the illustration delivered somewhere other than your home. Simply enter a delivery address that is different from the billing address.
Can I have a landscape illustrated?
Exactly! We illustrate landscape photos with our custom background product. Please note that if there are people in the photo, they will not be illustrated.
If you want to illustrate a photo with people on it + the photo background, then you need to choose a product (between 1 and 10 people) and select the “Custom background” option.
Can I have a photo I've scanned illustrated?
If the scan is of good quality, there’s no problem. The important thing is that the details of your photo can be seen so that the illustration is as successful as possible. The illustrator needs to be able to zoom in on certain details without the image becoming too pixelated, especially if you choose the eyes and nose option.
