Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days of receipt of the digital version.
Mondial Relay or Colissimo dispatch them (with a tracking number) and deliver them to your home or to a relay point.
Shipping costs include VAT and vary according to the total weight of the parcel. Illustraworld recommends that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We do our utmost to ensure that your items are as well-protected as possible, but we are not responsible for their handling once they have been handed over to our carrier. However, we can find solutions if your items are damaged.
